Monday, October 3, 2016
Round Hill Country Club in Alamo
Since 1997 this tournament has raised money to send more than 300 underserved kids annually to experience summer camp for one week at Camp Concord in Lake Tahoe.
Friends of Camp Concord directly supports Camp Concord by raising money for campership scholarships and facility improvements. Camp Concord goals are to provide youth Adventure, Acceptance, Achievement, Safety, Growth and Friendship. Kids are given the opportunity to learn new skills, experience exciting adventures and build self-esteem in a fun, supportive and enriching environment. A week at camp can change a kid’s life in the most positive way and provide the experience of a lifetime! Because Friends of Camp Concord is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, your participation and/or donation is tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
In 2016, Friends of Camp Concord sent a record number of kids to camp from the following organizations: CARES After School Programs, Alternatives in Action, Boys & Girls Club of the Diablo Valley, and Junior Giants.
